RoadOwl is an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), not a substitute for attentive driving. The system is designed to aid human vision in low-light and adverse weather conditions. The driver remains fully and solely responsible for safe operation of the vehicle, maintaining safe speeds, and braking for hazards. RoadOwl Systems shall not be held liable for any collisions, property damage, injury, or loss of life under any circumstances.
